The day my wife and I arrived at the Jeff Gordon dealership, we were met by Robert Baransky (Sales Consultant). We had three particular vehicles types we wished to look at that were smaller and more economical to drive than the Tahoe LT that we owned. We test drove a total of six different vehicles (three in different configurations). It took most of the afternoon to get our choice down to two vehicles. We ended up purchasing a 2013 Camero 2LT that afternoon. Robert give us plenty of time to test drive the vehicles we were looking at. There was never any high pressure sales tactics involved. The price and trade in discussions were also stress free and we received a VERY good financing rate. We desired an addition to the Camero of stripping to be installed, which had to be ordered and installed the next week (which it was completed as requested). Excellent sales assistance, excellent trade-in deal and excellent after the purchase experience. This is my third purchase from the Jeff Gordon Dealership in the last five years. My wife and I visited earlier in the year shopping for a car for her. Despite a great visit, she bought elsewhere soley for the reason we have a neighbor who works for another dealer. We did tell the young man at Jeff Gordon we would be back, and did just that last week! When I arrived, was met by sales associate Robert Baransky, relayed to him about the prior visit and asked him to check to see if the same sales associate still worked there. Robert immediately went to a computer to look for that information, only to find the person was no longer working there. His effort immediately impressed me since he could have easily just said otherwise, and only then did he offer to help once it was determined that the person I inquired about was no longer at Jeff Gordon. After telling him of my interest in a CRUZ, he took me to the different models available on the lot, explained those differences in plain language, made the paperwork process very smoothe, and needless to say, I left with a new car very happy. Robert answered every question professionally, and I could only hope that the service experience will be as good as the sales experience was. I would strongly recommend to any friends or family to visit Jeff Gordon Chevrolet in Wilmington, and particularly Robert Baransky. Robert was great to work with. He had the patience to walk around the entire lot looking at trucks only to have me return to the first truck I looked at. He made the purchase as easy and possible and got me a deal I think was very good. After the purchase he took me around and introduced me to the staff, especially the service department. All in all this was the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had.

Bought a new 2011 SS Camaro from Jeff Gordon Chevy and had a great experience. I am not the type of person who likes to deal with salesmen but Robert was pretty good. I would of liked to get the price down on the Camaro but understand Chevy has to make a profit too. Thanks for the car loving it so far and look forward to future dealings with them.
